Return Policy

Time Frame

Should you need to return the items delivered to you, you can do so within 7 days of the order delivery, in accordance to our company policy, provided it is in its original packaging and inclusive of all the products accessories if any. Once we receive the item back from you, it will be inspected for the said damages and you will receive an email thereafter, confirming your return request followed by a swift refund from our end, through either Bank Transfer or UPI Payments.

Eligibility

Conditions under which you CAN return your order

  • You may return your order if the products delivered to you are damaged or defective in any form. Please note that the natural texture, color and characteristics of the product itself are NOT considered as product defects.
  • If the item delivered to you is different from the product that you looked at on our website whilst placing the order, you may request for a return. You can also return your order in the unfortunate event that the product you receive differs from the dimensions, shape or the color mentioned on our website.
  • Should you receive products which are incomplete or have parts or accessories missing, you may request a return on your order.

Conditions under which you CAN’T return your order

  • We do not accept returns in cases which have defects or tears arising from the user’s attempts of rough trials.
  • If the product has been washed by the user and subsequently results in damaging the product or any if its accessories, we will not be accepting the return request.

Customized Products

At Crescentio, we are more than delighted to create customised garments for our consumers. However, we will not be accepting returns on customised products, unless the product reaches you in a damaged condition or is incomplete in any manner or the product delivered to you is made from a different fabric than the one you ordered on our website. We can make alterations to get you that perfect fit, but these alteration requests can be taken up only once post-delivery for the same piece. Should you still need alterations in your customised product, we will be charging you for every alteration request thereafter.

Cancelling An Order

Should you decide to cancel your order after the order confirmation has been received, you may cancel the order within one day of the confirmation. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been accepted by our warehouse so make sure to cancel your order immediately, should you still need to cancel it. Additionally, a cancellation fee of 2.5% will be deducted from the total amount of the order when we process your refund.
